Who may create an account

Accounts are for people aged 16 or older. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account and use the service. Local law may impose additional eligibility rules. Do not create an account if you are younger than 16. The public atlas can be used without an account.

The service

RUZGAR provides destination information, a private riding journal, Place discovery, and optional community features. It is not a live weather, navigation, rescue, emergency, legal-access, or safety service. Conditions, rules, access, water depth, hazards, and provider availability can change; verify current official information and use your own judgement before every session.

Your account and sharing choices

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information when the service needs it. Private rides, exact locations, routes, journals, stays, and detailed gear are private by default. Public profiles, posts, ride summaries, Place familiarity, and broad rider-map presence are separate actions. You remain responsible for what you choose to publish and for having the rights and permission needed to share it.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give RUZGAR only the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to store, process, display, resize, moderate, and deliver it according to the audience and feature you selected. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for short-lived delivery copies, provider backup copies where they exist, justified moderation or legal evidence, and content whose public evidence/provenance must be reviewed rather than silently erased.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others; harass riders; publish another person's private location or personal data; upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive material; evade blocks or rate limits; probe private systems without authorization; automate abusive traffic; or present unverified access, safety, environmental, or legal claims as established fact.

Moderation and appeals

RUZGAR may restrict or remove public material, limit an account, or preserve necessary evidence when reasonably required for safety, security, legal compliance, service integrity, or these terms. Where the product provides an appeal route, the account holder can request review. Moderation of public material does not silently delete a private riding journal.

Availability and external services

The service may change, be interrupted, or contain incomplete information. External maps, sources, schools, videos, forecasts, and other links are operated under their own terms. RUZGAR does not promise that every Place, feature, or third-party service will always be available.

Leaving the service

You can remove content or delete an ordinary account directly from Settings after password confirmation; exceptional cases remain with privacy support. Some minimum records may remain for a documented legal, security, moderation, or claims reason. Provider backup copies may also persist for their applicable retention period where they exist. Hosted database and uploaded-file recovery are not yet verified for this limited beta; the privacy notice explains this risk and the applicable rights process.

Changes and applicable rights

Material changes require a new version and appropriate notice before they bind an existing account. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. The operator's establishment and final launch review will determine the competent authority and any mandatory local terms before public registration opens.
